Using the Caresy mobile app, you can order field services to your home, keep track of the schedule of all visits, and also pay for them using a saved payment card.

Before you place your first order, our coordinator will come to you for a non-binding information meeting so that you can get to know the nanny or assistant (only in the case of babysitting and senior care, there is no information meeting for other services).Once you know your nanny or assistant, they will start visiting you according to the schedule you will see in the app, and you can easily add, change, and remove additional visits as needed. The plan and use of the service are completely non-binding.

Services are provided by verified external collaborators who operate as self-employed persons and have all necessary authorizations and certificates. The Carecy service is an intermediary for contractual relationships between mobile application users and providers.

In the mobile application, you can pay for services by credit card, but outside the mobile application, you will also receive an invoice by email, which can be paid by transfer. We always send the bill after the end of the given month.
